Wise leaders thus should be aware that organization exists under complex ecosystems like social, economic, educational and the government. In this research thus we shall be looking at the different ways in which inclusive leadership can help in improving the culture of any organizations in a global aspect. TRAITS OF INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIPInclusive leadership has different traits that help in enhancing the culture of an organization and we shall be look ing at some of these traits. There are six main traits that shall be discussed in this paper. One of the traits is commitment; there should be commitment in an organization to ensure that there is value, rationalisms energy to excel and they both apply for diversity and inclusion. The second trait is courage, leaders should show courage when it comes to speaking up and also when facing had decisions to make. They should show courage also when it comes to accepting change and become part of change. Cognizance is the other trait in inclusive leadership. It mainly deals with the fact that leaders should be able to act with self-awareness (Ryan. 2009). They should accept thing that they do not know and acknowledge them.Curiosity is the other trait that inclusive leaders should be able to process. It enables them to accept the challenges of their world and strive to get new ideas for their organization. They should have the hunger to learn new thing that are happening to the world and be willing to accept that everything is a continuing process. The next trait is cultural intelligence; this enables leaders to be able to give effective cultural situations on a wider scope of different culture and norms. The final trait in inclusive leadership is collaboration. In this it creates a shift in functions and innovation among all players in the organization. These are the major traits in inclusive leadership and when followed they can ensure that the organization functions effectively. It also creates that needed culture along the firm set up that ensures that all parties work cohesively enabling them to maximize on their resources.KEY LEADERSHIP SKILLSLeadership is the ability of a person to lead an organization effectively in achieving it aims and goals in long term bases. The ability thus for one to achieve these skills there must be a number of things they should be able to achieve by themselves (Wuffli. 2014). These factors thus will also help largely in ensuring tha t it enhances inclusive leadership in the organization. One of the key leadership skills that are required for any leader is communication. To be able to create inclusive leadership thus there is need to ensure that there is proper communication in the organization. It removes the aspect of break in flow of information from all sections. The other key leadership skill is to be able to think strategically. It enables the leaders to think and analyze every situation carefully and bring out the facts that are important for the company forward. They thus help in making the final decision in the organization. It thus helps in encouraging inclusive leadership sine all the ideas of other workers are considered before the final decision is made. Leaders ability to create and utilize the skill in the organization is also very key in leadership (Owen. 2012). The ability for them to form collisions within the organization gives them wider areas in which decision making can be based on in the organization. It thus helps in encouraging inclusive leadership in the organization since ideas of different sector are put in place. They can be from other employees or even the stakeholders. Resilience by the leaders is also makes them be able to overcome challenges that face the company. It will enable them to have a clear view of the company vision and mission of the organization. Learning ability by the leaders is also a key aspect in encouraging inclusive leadership in an organization. It gives that organization the ability to be willing to accept the positive changes that are good for the organization. The leader is also able to learn new ideas about the ever changing business environment and be able to adjust to them.CHARACTERISTICSThe most important characteristics that will be important in the group are flexibility and adaptability of all people. It creates the ability of the people to adapt to most unexpected and uncomfortable environmental conditions. The group will have all members to create that enabling environment for all.
